NM-B Cable is a residential building wire designed for dry, indoor applications. It consists of insulated copper conductors and a bare ground wire, all enclosed within a flame-retardant non-metallic PVC outer jacket.

Conductor – Solid annealed copper
Insulation – PVC insulation with nylon jacket (THHN/THWN-2 type rated)
Ground wire – Bare copper conductor
Outer jacket – Flame-retardant PVC sheath
