LIHCH Cable

LIHCH Cable is a premium multi-core halogen-free screened control cable specifically engineered for reliable data and signal transmission in scenarios demanding high electromagnetic compatibility and strict fire safety standards. Widely recognized in industrial and commercial fields, it serves as a crucial connection solution for indoor low-mechanical-stress applications.

Conductor: Adopts Class 5 fine-stranded bare copper conductor. This design enhances the cable's flexibility, making it suitable for both stationary and occasional flexible installations while ensuring excellent electrical conductivity.

Insulation: Features special low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin-based insulation material that meets EN 50363-7 standards. It effectively isolates individual cores to avoid signal crosstalk and resists corrosion and aging.

Separator & Shield: A polyester foil separator is applied between the insulated cores and the shield. The tinned copper wire braid shield with a coverage rate of no less than 80% can strongly block electromagnetic interference (EMI), guaranteeing interference-free transmission of signals and data.

Outer Sheath: Made of halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath material that conforms to EN 50363-8 standards. The standard gray sheath is wear-resistant and environmentally friendly, and the core wires are color-coded in accordance with DIN 47100 for easy identification during installation.

The cable comes in various core and cross-section combinations. Common specifications include 2×0.22 mm², 3×0.34 mm², and up to 20×1.5 mm², with standard delivery lengths of 100 m, 500 m, or 1000 m to meet diverse project needs.

LIHCH cable is mainly used for indoor dry or slightly humid environments and is not suitable for outdoor use. Its typical application fields cover:
