MYP Cable

MYP Cable is a high-performance specialized cable engineered exclusively for the power supply of mobile equipment in underground coal mining scenarios. Complying with the industry standard MT 818.5-2009, it is tailored to withstand harsh underground conditions such as frequent dragging, bending, mechanical impact, and potential explosive atmospheres. With its flame-retardant, anti-static, and excellent shielding properties, this cable serves as a reliable power connection solution for core mobile mining machinery, ensuring safe and stable operation in hazardous working environments.

Conductor: 5 types of flexible tin-plated copper stranded wire are selected, which have strong conductivity and excellent flexibility. They can withstand long-term repeated bending without breaking.

Insulation layer: The power core wire uses XJ-30 grade terpolymer ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), with high insulation strength and good aging resistance; the ground wire core uses conductive rubber to ensure reliable grounding.

Shielding layer: Each insulated core wire is wrapped with conductive rubber tape, effectively controlling the electric field and reducing electromagnetic interference.

Sheath layer: The XH-03 grade chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) material is used, which possesses flame-retardant, anti-static, oil-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties, and can withstand the harsh underground environment, including dampness, dust, and mechanical impact.

Overall structure: The conventional configuration is 3 power cores + 1 ground core. The power cores are color-coded (red, white, and light blue) for easy identification of the phase sequence, and the ground core is black. The structure is compact and has strong flexibility.
