In contrast to conventional rigid cables, YVFR cable has an optimized conductor structure and a specifically designed rubber sheath that guarantee steady performance even in the face of frequent flexing, temperature changes, and exposure to UV light, water, and oil. Installation & Maintenance Tips


Installation: Avoid over-bending the cable (minimum bending radius: 6× cable outer diameter for static use, 10× for dynamic use) to prevent conductor damage. Ensure proper grounding to avoid electrical hazards.


Storage: Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, oil, or chemicals. Do not stack heavy objects on the cable to prevent deformation.


Maintenance: Regularly inspect the sheath for cracks, abrasion, or oil stains. Replace the cable immediately if insulation damage or conductor exposure is found to avoid short circuits or electric shocks.
